I always hear people complaining that they gain weight because of the holiday seasons. Of course with thanksgiving, Christmas parties, reunions with families and friends/office-mates so when January comes new year's resolution would always include weigh loss. How to loss my unwanted kilos?
So today i thought of very simple yet delicious appetizer for you to savor without being guilty of gaining weight. It's a Tortilla wrap with your choice of Turkey, Ham or Lyoner or Salmon - this is yummy and you can prepare for your self , family and friends.
Ingredients:
Tortilla Wrap with the choice of Turkey, Ham or Lyoner
Wrap (Spinach wrap, Tortilla wrap, Natural wrap
Cream cheese (seasoned with pepper, pickle and salt)
2 pcs Carrots peeled and grated
Salad Lettuce
2 bell peppers (thinly sliced)
1 cucumber (peeled and thinly sliced)
Pineapple tidbits
Alfalfa sprouts
Your choice of turkey ham, lyoner
